I wish it loaded like a stapler, but I used it to add chicken fence to our existing fence it worked great, was I little tough getting the "staples" into place but I think it's because my fingernails are very long. My husband also used it, has no issues and was happy I bought it.

The clips are all corralled and have to be separated for use. Pliers are a little loose in the hinge but they do get the occasional job done.
