New TRX4 build. Holes did not line up on setting "D" for a 12 tooth pinion. Used the OEM plastic mount, and holes were fine. Beware.

Purchased this and paid for a new item but when it arrived the motor has obviously been used and wasn't in the original packaging. Also it's obvious that it has been installed because of the markes left my the motor mounting screws. Not happy!

This replacement part does not securely attach the Traxxas motor. There is a slight wobble which can lead to the motor spindle, not connecting with the driveshaft gear.
