They are light easy to use but begin to get loose after about three use, material on the bottom is really thin.

NOT being used for fire baptized church. Very nice on the eyes and has reasonable rebound and sound. Jingles have particularly loud and pleasing sound. Use on top of snare to sub for chink/chink of high hat, and...the small steel drum with puck light in the hole (all on top of a 10 inch amazon snare drum) offers small footprint at kitchen window desk perch to sail the heart's kite in creative worship. Use drumsticks and mallets, rubber mallets can simulate the thumb chatter roll with practice. God made me an inventive musician with a life time of musical diversity with study and hard work. At 71 years young, am doing drum work now, two years. One is only limited by one's lack of imagination. There is no place for abuse or overplaying ANY equipment. I think people give the Chinese merchandise a black eye in many cases where the problem truly lies with the user. Love music and it will Love you back. Music flows from GOD, regardless of base human nastiness. I don't have time for reviewing everything I purchase, cuts into enjoying life. This is my only review. Shop smart is my motto. My sister in law suggested getting my nephew a tambourine so he can be entertained while they are at church. Once I saw this set, I couldn't resist purchasing it so the whole family can have one. The design was very cool and the quality was great.

Really love this set. It is not only pretty with the shiny silver drumhead, but they also seem very sturdy. This is a great find!!
