They arrived with no wheels ( need4) and no screws . Need 4 according to directions. These items were supposed to be included.Now I have to be burdened with task of returning this inferior item.

I'd rate this a five star except one of the wheels cannot be inserted all the way and so there is a slight wobble. I believe me, short of using a hammer, I tried my best to get that last wheel to click into place but it won't go. Bummer!

This was incredibly easy to put together, it took maybe 10 minutes max. I love the size and ease of use, but the bars on the top and bottom layers is wood, and it's very wobbly which makes me wonder how long before one snaps. This is the only part that feels cheap. Everything else is solid and works great.
