I used two of these on a fairly heavy, 32" glass paned, pine door with fifteen lights. The hinges are heavy duty and will squeak if not properly lubricated. After applying 3 in 1 liberally, they quieted right down. I couldn't be happier with them. They're a tad pricey but I never mind paying for quality. After two years of steady use, I don't expect to ever have to replace them.

Used these for a pair of Super thing Tavern style swing doors each door weighs around 25 pounds. they work great and all though adjustable is kinda a pain once you get them set up they work great

Hinges are as advertised. 2-hinges are supporting a door weighing approximately 70lbs so could not use supplied screws. Door is 2" thick and hinges will work without modifying door.Order was delivered quickly and was well packaged. Screws that come with it should be upgraded to carry the wight of a softwood door.

I was skeptical about this order being strong enough to hold up and allow 2-way swing direction for our dining room door, but that was a waste of my time---this product could probably safely hold up a cast iron door! The hinges are heavy, solid, clean-looking, and allow the door to go 2-ways with zero problems. My wife and I installed it and are proud of the result! Highly recommended if you need a 2-way swing door! (Couple of videos on Youtube show how to install , but several are not in English.)

Used for a heavy oak 1"7/8" cafe door , cost me 380$ for 5 hinges cause two didn't fit the second 2 I ordered I said repeat my order or reorder same they sent 2 different ones shiny black not the matte black thick ones I needed so 120$ more and wait 3 more weeks . Hard to charge the customer for hinges that don't fit.plus lost labour 2 men.

Wife wanted some swinging bar doors on her closet and I had a hard time finding a compatible double action hinge. These 2 " hinges were what I needed and seem to be built well but there are a couple of issues that I was or am not happy with. First the printed instructions are inadequate bordering horrible. For the $160 plus I spent for 4 hinges you would think that adequate instructions would be provided. Not the case. Not only the instructions that came with each hinge were poor, the print quality was even worse. Almost impossible to read. Secondly the hinges after being installed squeak like they had been on a old barn door for years. Since the springs are sealed there seems to be no options to lube them.
