I purchased a pair of "name brand" bags that were similar, but then I purchased these bags for a gift, and I was so amazed as how much better they were made, I purchased a few more for gifts. Great product! I use this when horseback riding! Keeps my drinks cold. I like it because the bags are removable!

I liked the size and quality of the bags and all the options that were offered, however the plastic clips to hold the bags on did not snap shut they slid right back out or popped out if the bags bumped into anything. If it were not for the velcro back I would have lost the bags on both sides just minutes into the ride.

I wish the vendor would sell bags separately! I really prefer not to have to buy a whole new set and I think they should at least warranty the zipper for one season of riding. For the record, mine were not overpacked at all. I did reach out to the company and they said there was nothing they could do since the return time frame had passed. I bought some heave duty snaps, so I'm hoping I can still using them for a while. So far, the other bag is doing fine, but I only use the middle zippers now.

I LOVE how they come apart, I have just used one side twice now and I can carry 4 - 5 bottles of ice water and they stay cold for a long time.
