this is well made, its a sturdy nylon and well sewn and should hold up to its intended use for a long time. it has 6 pockets and comes with 4 plates you can use to adjust the weight, then this wraps around your stick to practice with added weight. im not sure where you would get more weight plates but i imagine you could fill the pockets with washers from canadian tire too, if you needed more weight.it works well and the weight keeps it in place at the bottom of the stick, if i had to complain i would wish it had a bit of a silicone grip on the inner portion to really minimize sliding on the smooth sticks. if you want to try it you can get cheap grip padding at dollarama sold usually as dish drying or drawer liners.

Quality stitching on bag and velcro. Holds weights on tightly. Can adjust amount of weight in bag and placement on stick. Great for working on stick speed, strength, and other skills.

This is an effective, easy to use trainer. It adds about a pound of weight to the head of your stick, which means you definitely need more torque to shoot. When I took it off my stick felt really light and my shot definitely had more oomph. I'll be using this regularly, even bringing it to the area to use during warm ups.
