High Pressure Oil Pump HPOP Master Service Kit
Our kit includes many components you won't find in other HPOP seal kits on the market today along with a base mounting gasket, STC disconnect tool, and STC fittings. Every part that is included in the service kit can also be purchased from us separately if needed. The included parts are TamerX Part Numbers ISK635, ISK617, ISK795, and TL3.
Quick Disconnect Tool
Disconnect high-pressure oil rail supply line from the fuel rail when removing the fuel injectors.
Snap To Connect (STC)
Oil Pump Base Gasket
Prevents oil leaks in the engine bay for 7.3L powerstroke HPOP.
The pump base gasket is Aluminum with viton.
Diesel HPOP STC Fittings
HPOP fitting at cylinder head quick connect elbows.

the fittings for the pump did not have the the spring seat on the bottom and the ring and backing inside toseal the pipe to was in backwards.totaly useless

If you think you have a rear main seal leak you really need to check the HPOP. Recently we got a bargain on a low miles 7.3 powerstroke. The owner was convinced it had a rear main seal leak. After I got the truck home andhad a chance to work on it. I watched it leak oil it was pouring from the HPOP while the truck was running and running down the back of the block. Truck was also very sluggish. After we repaired it. It starts even in 20 degrees without being plugged in.Overall it's a great kit. Everything including the tool to repair/reseal you HPOP on a 7.3 powerstroke. We used this to replace only 2 of the leaking o-rings. I keep the kit in the glove box to repair it again incase it happens on a long haul.
