This is a cute yard ornament that doubles as a hide a key, hide some cash, etc. Looks like a little yard ornament that no one would suspect that it's hiding something.

Good Internal size for keys , especially bigger mortice lock keys.Simple & effective.Piece of mine,& value for money.

This is the only one we found out of many on the market with a reasonably sized cavity. Most are too small for larger Yale type keys. You do wonder who designs these things as it would be so easy to have a slightly larger receptacle for the keys.

Ordered and returned twice. Both times arrived broken in same place on both items. Looks like tried to jam into a box too small for item.Will not buy another

I love the look of this snail, as well as the color, however it took me a screwdriver to force the slide door open on the bottom. The tight fit should help keep out moisture and critters but if I ever really need to use the key I'll have to struggle to get to it. When life gets a little more settled for me I'll bring it into the shop and shave down the door.

Down yonder on top of a rock lives a nice sized green frog. Same expression, never scared, always on guard, has a useful skill in which after just two days of Mr. Rippet perching himself in plain site assisted me with a key. It was so nice not having to walk the entire length of my property for my key chain to open my rear gate, thank you Mr. Rippet. Outstanding and worth every penny, very realistic looking.

I put this in my bushes to see how it looked. I liked it, but left it there. I forgot about it for a couple weeks and when I went back I could barely find it. Just a note though. The door that opens to put the key in slides out pretty easily. Maybe some putty will keep it closed while keeping the same color.

It was very life like but very difficult to get the base part removed to place the key in it.
