I am so surprised how much I love this topper! I actually love that it rolls out and has a little flexibility since the top of our crate isn’t perfectly level. It’s super lightweight (compared to wood) and looks great too! Great purchase!!

Finally got the product 3 weeks later than quoted. Once received it is a nice base for storage on top of a crate and has a nice look. Hesitant to use the seller as they're unresponsive and had to escalate via Amazon to eventually get the product.It is also slightly over priced for the quality but it is decent build and sturdy, fits as advertised.

The combo of both the cover & topper turned out better in person than I expected, and I’m happy with it! Both our dogs were so excited to have more of a “cave” than an open kennel that they went right in the second I had it put together before I could even grab their blankets from the wash, curled up, and took a nap. Definitely doggo approved.I had planned to build my own wood topper at some point, but figured I’d get something else in the meantime until that happens so we can give some function to the kennels. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical with the topper being aluminum, but unless you move it, you really can’t tell that it’s not wood.The only annoyance is that on the cover, the rolled door panel gets in the way of opening & closing the door, but it’s not anything major. We leave the doors open most of the time so it’s not a huge deal.

My new pup will need his crate long term, so I wanted to fit aim as a piece of furniture rather than just a wired crate. This topper is PERFECT! It sits next to a desk so it doubles as an extra table top for work space to set stuff on. If not, it can hold come cute decor. I love the material and it secures to the wire crate very well. Definitely worth the purchase and I’m glad I got this over other products which are solid pieces of wood that are more money.
