My wife wasn't sold on spending soo much on a roasting pan, but we had been buying cheaper Teflon pans that do not last too long and over time have spent more than this already. The first time we used it after seasoning it, game changer. Its unreal how much better it is than the cheaper pans. It soo good that i might have to switch everything else to HexClad as well. Cleanup was just a quick rinse and a wipe and nothing stuck. This is our last roasting pan.

Passt zwar nicht in jeden (Stanard)Backofen (sollte man „vorab“ genau ausmessen; die Griffe sind mitunter deutlich zu breit), dafür aber ein super Teil für übergroße „Vögel“ mitunter auf dem BBQ mit indirekter Hitze und auch auf dem Herd zu verwenden! (Kein Gas!)

I think this is a better buy than the 12 inch skillet I also purchased. It’s large and I notice a difference in the quality of the food roasted in it. The frying pan cooks similar to cast iron albeit with more even cooking and wasier cleanup…but roasting meals in the oven I notice a very noticeable difference in the quality of food (especially meats)compared to a ceramic or glass baking dish. I guess the frying pan or my good old cast iron is oven safe but this pan is huge and can fit a lot more food…

I’m a huge fan of Hexclad cookware. I bought this roasting pan to cook the Thanksgiving turkey this year, and it worked great! I generally need to cook at least a 20 lb turkey for my large family. This year it was a 24 lb turkey, and it had no problem fitting in the pan. I bought a large set of Hexclad pots and pans a couple years ago, but I hadn’t pulled the trigger on some of the more specialized cookware until 2024. It’s a little pricey, but in the end I think it’s worth it. The roasting pan is well made and easy to clean compared to other pans. I plan to use this roasting pan for many years to come, and I would definitely recommend this pan and other Hexclad cookware to anyone.

I like its weight and size and of course its non-stick features. It works superbly. The design is excellent and totally fit for purpose. The only negative the size makes it a little difficult to store.

I used this for cooking thanksgiving turkey and it cooked the poultry well. It’s really a good quality item that will last years.

I ❤️ these pans. However this particular roasting tin was huge- I have two large ovens and love cooking…but OMG I could have fitted in it!!! The handles protruded a lot. I don’t think I have ever seen an oven in my life that this could fit in!

La teglia è molto bella ma purtroppo ha delle dimensioni che non sono compatibili con il mio forno. Ho letto altre recensioni simili e mi sono fatto l'idea che la teglia in oggetto sia adatta per forni non europei. Negli USA ed in Canada non ho riscontato lo stesso problema.

Omg when I opened this I was so it excited. Talk about a quality roaster. To my disappointment it was too big for my oven so had to return. Remember it has handles which I didn't take in to consideration while measuring.
