Note
Due to the large surface area of the mattress, we recommend that you allow the mat to inflate automatically for 10-15 minutes before closing the air valve to ensure that the mattress is fully inflated. The first time you use the playpen mattress, it will take a little longer to flatten out (approximately 30 minutes).

We have one of those pop up tents and this playmat fits perfectly inside of it. It makes it much more comfy and solid for my little one. It has a self inflating valve which makes it so easy to use and it comes with it's own carrying bag for easy transport. Overall, really happy with this mat especially for the price.

When I took my images, this was not fully fluffed up yet but I was pleased with the progress it made up to that point. This is a Self-Inflating Mat, but can be blown up faster if you need to do it by mouth(or if your handy and accurate using other tools).It comes in this basic blue color and had a decent amount of cushion for my baby to use in her tent. I've got 2 tents and this fits perfectly in one(California Pop N' Go) but too big for the other(Babelio Outdoor Tent). So if buying for something similar, just check your measurements! This didn't have any oddball smells when I unpacked it and came in a great little bag to keep it contained for on the go. Once fully inflated, the creases you see in mine will fill out so don't fret!It does take a little finagling to get back down into the bag, but if you fold it nicely the air will come out fairly quickly. It's a great little mat for the price!

Please do NOT expect this mat to inflate like a blow up mattress!!! It only inflates about and inch or so. However, it is super easy to inflate by simply turning the knob. I use this every single day for my 7mth old that is just starting to move around idependently and crawl. It is thick enough that when he has fallen back while sitting up, was not phased, hurt, or affected in any way.

A few years ago I ordered the California Beach Co. Pop and Go Playpen and the mat , which I loved. However my dogs nail ripped a small hole in one side of the mat which kept it from being able to inflate. I was so excited to see this replacement mat on Amazon! It fits perfectly and still has the same self inflating feature with the same little twist valve to inflate and deflate. It’s literally the same exact mat I have that came with the playpen at a great price! This product worked perfectly for me.

Ordered this to use for my baby's play area and I'm very happy with it. Our wood floor is super hard and doesn't have any give to it, and this adds the perfect cushion for her rolling around and playing on the floor. Love that it self-inflates and that it comes with a carrying bag which makes it nice to take with on the go. I wish it came in a different color than just the blue, but with a blanket thrown over it, it works just fine for us!
