5 star blade but no so good shipping. Got the blade with a small piece of the tip broke off. I fixed it. Comes sharper then most machetes out of the box. Great machete!

Don't be fooled by the price. This is a quality tool. I own a bunch of machetes but for backyard bush clearing and survival bushcraft this won't let you down. Would definitely buy this again, no reservations. Highly recommended.

well i gave this machete an above average rating just because it is nicer than the cheap pieces of garbage walmart sells. i didnt order mine on amazon so mine came with a sheath. i like the blade is abit more rigid and thicker than most cheap ones. i didnt give it 5 stars because its still just a machete, the steel isnt folded or differentially tempered.

The machete isn't bad for what you pay. The handle is crudely cut and the pins holding the grip protrude and are roughly cut. A little elbow grease and some sandpaper will greatly improve the grip. Be warned though the picture showing the sheath is misleading. This only came with the blade and no sheath or sharpening stone. So if you want a sheath look elsewhere.
