I specifically ordered this coat for 1. VERY cold morning weather, 2. because recycled material is used in this coat, 3. especially for the bright ORANGE (can you see me) color. Walking even in broad daylight can be dangerous now. and 4. I also like the reflective strips on the sleeves.It is extremely disappointing to receive a coat which is NOT brand new. This coat had obviously been returned by some other person and amazon turned around and sent it out to me. I did not ask for a used coat in any sense of the word and I was promised a NEW coat. Amazon is getting famous for doing this which is why I'll never purchase another coat through them. I do not have this sort of trouble with other popular name brand companies who sell warm winter coats.The coat keeps me warm in 18* weather and the sleeves have soft, tight cuffs inside to keep the air out. What the photos don't show (and HH didn't show this anywhere on any of their sites) is that the zipper doesn't go to the bottom of the coat. It ends 6 inches before the bottom and using the snap at the bottom of the coat (see photos) doesn't keep the coat closed. This allows for wind to seep in and it always unsnaps itself if you sit down or bend over. They really messed that up and it's a real drawback for keeping you warm if you bought the coat for this reason.Also, the sizing is ridiculously wrong. HH gave me these instructions for ordering the coat from their database and still the fit was not correct.Item 53515 - W ASPIRE PUFFY PARKA Chest width and Waist widthis the same measurement, size XS : 124 cm, size S : 128cm, size M : 132cm, size L : 138cm, Size XL : 146cm, I hope this helps!I ordered a M as I am 140 pounds and 5 feet, 4 inches. Slim except for broad shoulders. According to these measurements a M would be perfect with a bit of wiggle room to throw snow balls with the dogs and playtime, but it seems those measurements were wrong to the tune of a few needed inches. The L would have been a better fit. (although the measurements of the L seem way too big). So much disappointment when there didn't have to be any......I won't be purchasing from this company again and amazon needs to do better with sending out NEW products. When we order NEW products, we expect to receive NEW products.

Now this might be just me ordering for my wife for the first time. But I got the size wrong. Ordered a medium and that was big. Had to return it. But my wife loved the jacket. It is a bit puffy, but I guess it is supposed to be

Great length, I am typically a 14/16 and this jacket doesn’t fit oversized in the XL size on my particular body shape where I carry weight on my upper half. I was hoping for more room/ a baggier fit.
