VersaStrech fabric panels in armpits improve air circulation and enhance comfort, while cuffs of the same fabric keep sleeves closed, trapping the warm air and preventing wind from chilling arms. Great design / very warm - but the US sizing is horrid. Bought 2X ( wear 48-50 chest) it fit like a very tight XL - other HT jackets were more true to size / saddly I returned it same day it arrived.

Excellent jacket, great as a mid layer or outer layer. Its warm and it regulates body temperature well without being too hot. It's also windproof which is great. The jacket itself looks stylish and is comfortable with fleece lining in the collar and pockets. Perhaps the collar could be slightly taller for better neck coverage but would impact the aesthetic. The pocket layout is very nice, and the jacket has cinches at the waste.Sizing is not what I expected and I needed to return the first jacket. I believe sizing runs large as a size S fit more like an M, so I needed to order an XS which fits more closely to S sized products in the USA.Overall it's great, possibly my favorite jacket for many different use cases. 5 stars

Good seams and filling gives you a warm and light jacket with a quality matching other known high quality brands. If between sizes, choose the larger.

I bought the wrong size, My fault, I gave it to one of my friends kid... Dang I wanted that jacket, looks great in person. I was looking at the kid thinking this. I think I'll order another with the right size now. I know they would have exchanged it but I just never do that

I’m loving this jacket so far. I haven’t tested the limits as it relates to the cold yet but it is lightweight, seems warm, and has a nice look. It’s very compact and thin so it can be worn under another jacket (I think somewhat the point). My only comment is that the zipper is a very cheap quality. This is the second jacket in the past year I bought with a cheap quality zipper. I hope that’s not a trend that’s starting.

First off, be warned. The seller (and the company that makes this jacket) markets them in EUROPEAN sizes. A large euro is a medium american, and so on.With that out of the way, this is a good jacket. It does as advertised, Climashield Apex works. The jacket runs tight in the upper back. I’m skinny and thin framed so most definitely order up sized if you’re more proportioned. The breast pocket is small, you can fit a iphone 15 plus inside it but not much else with it in there. Probably the best feature of this jacket for me is the faint elastic grip on the cuffs, allows for proper insulation on the wrists when wearing gloves with no hassle at all.

I love this jacket. I typically dress in layers and this jacket functions perfectly as an outer layer in good weather or a layer under a gortex shell when it gets nasty. It comes with a handy stuff sack which is a great little bonus.

After doing a fair bit of research I was recommended the Helikon-Tex brand. After looking for something I could wear as an outer layer when it was either not too cold but not too warm, I figured I would take a gamble and I definitely won.After more than a year the jacket's definitely was built to last. the elastic around the cuffs are comfortable and retain your body heat, and the jacket's material keeps you surprisingly warm and dry assuming you're not at 0 or below (or with high winds). The pockets are nice and you get a good range of motion.My suggestion would be to go one size up if you're on the heavier or bulkier side, but it fits great even if you have even a regular build or a wider chest.

Fantastic product. I hope the jacket proves to be as robust as im hoping. Material is quiet enough for hunting while being very packable into small backpacks. I would generally buy an XL (USA) and followed other reviewer's advice by purchasing a 3XL (yes, an XXXL!!). The 3XL jacket fits me perfectly for just enough room to layer a thin underarmor thermal jacket. I am 6'3", 205lb.

Wie alles von HT bisher sehr gut verarbeitet, hier in super leicht und weich aber trotzdem warm und hält auch locker nem leichten Schauer stand, so lange man sich keine Stunde im Regen aufhält.Top für den Übergang.
