This Window Sill Perch is sturdy and so far holds a 20 pound cat on it. Sturdy construction and easy to use. Nice gift for a Cat Lover.

I wish I'd had this in my house years ago, and now I'll likely buy more for other windowsills.I waited and waited to open this box, because it was just one more thing to assemble, and I've pretty much hit my life-effort bandwidth these days, and assembling things ain't gonna fit. Man, it was such a breeze that I was kicking myself for waiting so long. What a sensible design, too - I've had a few sill perches that use suction cups or even screws, but this cantilevered design is so clever: the heavier the cat is, the more secure it is to the sill. It's easy to dismantle for washing, too.For once, I've bought the cats something that they are willing to use, which is truly wonderful. They normally all fight over the same area of the windowsill for maximum bird and squirrel viewing, so this has given me a shot at a more peaceful day, since two of them happily sit on it together now. There's also my special cat who likes to do the stretch-and-roll on the windowsills, and it's always a 50/50 shot that I hear a scrambling thud as he rolls right off (and he must have been buttered toast in a past life, because that cat almost never lands on his feet, bless his little white socks). As I type this, I am wondering why in the world I haven't bought another already.

It’s super sturdy—it attaches securely to the windowsill, and it’s held up perfectly even with my cat jumping on and off all the time. The padded surface is nice and comfy, and they spend hours lounging there, soaking up the sun or watching birds outside. It was easy to install, and the size fits great on my windowsill without being too bulky. I don’t have any complaints; it’s been a perfect spot for my cats to relax and stay entertained. I’d definitely recommend this perch to any cat owner looking to give their kitty a cozy, sunny hangout—it’s been a great addition to our home!

Our cat loves hanging out at the window but unfortunately is getting too big to be on the window sill. We had high hopes for this as it gives her more space on which to lay. While it does work well, the hooks unfortunately interfere with the window itself to where it can almost, but not quite, close.Overall, a great place for your cat to hang out but check your window to ensure it can close.

This is a really sturdy window and super easy to install. My fat cats can access it and are supported with ease. However, there is nothing that stops the bed from scrunching up constantly. It is like a hammock and not an actual solid surface and it slides up and down the rails that hold it in place.

This is a great product and gives my cat a place to look out the window, especially when the window sill is slim and no other furniture near to see out the window. the perch is very easy to put together and had no problem using it with my sills. I was concerned about my cat jumping up on this perch but it has held with no problem so I know its well made. The covering is soft and comfortable, and easy to remove and wash and put back on.

I was a little nervous when I opened the box but it was so easy! This popped together very easily, adjusted to exactly fit the window where we wanted to try it and is not damaging my wall or the paint. Bonus! The cat went to it right away, knew it was for him (he's a cat so I think he assumes everything is for him anyway), jumped on and claimed it as his own. The best news? He hasn't fussed with my draperies or sheers in the living room where he usually wants to look out the window, hasn't climbed up the back of the leather sofa, knocked anything off of the top of the fridge or blocked access to the kitchen garbage can to get to his normal window spots- HE IS ACTUALLY USING THIS!!!I could not tell you if it will support 120 pounds or not. The cat weights about 12, maybe 15. If I put both of the small dogs on there we wouldn't hit 30 pounds. If I put the big dog on there, we are already over 120 pounds. I imagine it would be fine if you have a few regular size house cats, not that I am sure what "regular size" really is and I'd hate to make any "fluffy" cats feel bad... If you have a full grown lion, you probably need something a bit sturdier. If you have a lion though, you probably would already know that and would not be looking at this... unless maybe it was for a baby lion. If it is a newborn lion, I suppose you are probably fine. I don't know how fast lions grow, but I imagine it's probably pretty fast. Ah, it seems like you blink and they are all grown up. Also, though, wow, two lions in one household! Kudos to you. I would not recommend that anyone goes and gets a lion to test this product; that seems like quite a commitment.Moral of the story: easy to set up, cat likes it, no damage to walls, probably fine for a few regular sized house cats, good value, 5 stars, no lions.
