At the end of the day, it's just not a great way to hang a heavy bag. The mount sags a bit and there is a lot of vibration.

Item as described; simple packaging.Got it as a holder for my bar clamps on my cabinet saw. The shape and size was perfect, and I'm happy with it! Having my clamps neatly organized and easy to grab keeps my work area efficient and tidy.I imagine it'll work great for hanging a punching bag on the wall, just make sure you screw it into a wall stud or something solid. It comes with wall anchors and lag bolts, which are fine for concrete, but some clown will try to use them to install into drywall, which will work for 2-3 punches and then there will be a big crash. Please take video and post to FailArmy when that happens, LOL. No instructions, but if you use common sense, you'll figure it out.

I recently got a KSWLOR Heavy Punching Bag Wall Mount Hanger, and here's what I think:It arrived quickly and the packaging was simple. It would be better if it came with instructions.I didn't use it for hanging a punching bag. Instead, I used it to hang my agricultural tools - It worked really well for this different job. It's strong and keeps my storage space tidy.But let's talk about its main job. It seems good for hanging a punching bag if you attach it strong surface like a solid wall stud. It comes with what you need to attach it to concrete. Just don't try to hang it on drywall without extra support. Please use common sense.Overall, I'm happy with it, even though I used it differently. It seems strong and well-made, but installing it properly is important.

Guess I’ll have to find someone with an innate sense of what to do with all this hardware. Very disappointing. Probably works great—I wouldn’t know because there are zero instructions for putting it all up.

As soon as is was installed into concrete to boot. Hang the bag and down it came! Not worth paying the lower price
