Did not have room to mount the correct way and had to mount with the brackets in a horizontal position and they still held up. Perfect for my small 2 horse trailer

These were easy to install and work well but we installed them in our horse trailer and I’m not certain that they will hold up over time with the weight of our heavy pads and the movement of the trailer on rough roads. I only put one pad per rack but our pads have a leather top, multiple internal layers and a felt bottom so when they are sweaty, they are heavy! We’ve made a 2k mile haul and multiple shorter 500 mile trips and so far so good but I wouldn’t put multiple pads on them if you plan to use them like we did. They are good quality but they have limits. Even despite that, I’m still very happy with them!
