The product came with no instructions, however, customer support was helpful. It is a heavy lock, but extremely secure. I don't think anyone is cutting through this.

Brilliant, easy to use, and no lost keys but quite heavy. We use on a Babboe cargo bike so not an issue for us but for other cycles might be worth checking. It’s has a very thick chain but fits through spokes ok (depends on wheel size/spokes though I guess!). Can’t recommend enough

Dieses Schloß, von der Firma Kohlberg, hat mich bereits direkt beim auspacken gehabt. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber eingepackt, ohne dabei mit zuviel Plastik aufzuwarten.Das Schloß selber ist auf einer sehr hohen Qualitätsstufe zu finden. Es überzeugte mich, von dem Moment des Auspackens, bis hin zur intensiven Nutzung im Alltag, immer wieder aufs Neue. Die Ummantelung ist sehr wertig verarbeitet und schlenzt an keiner Stelle hervor.Nun zum wesentlichen. Das Schloß und die Kette machen solch einen stabilen Eindruck, daß ein Dieb sich bestimmt lieber am nächsten Rad probiert als sich mit diesem Kohlburg anzulegen.Diesem Schloß traue ich einen intensiven Schutz meines Rades zu. Natürlich gibt es kaum unknackbare Schlößer aber dieses hier wird alles daran setzen, den Dieb scheitern zu lassen. Vorausgesetzt das Rad ist ordentlich mit einem anderen Gegenstand verbunden. An der Länge der Kette sollte es dabei nicht liegen, die ist ausreichend lang, um auch mal einen dünneren Baum zu umschlingen.Kohlberg bot mir darüber hinaus einen so guten und Kundefreundlichen Kundendienst, wie ich ihn noch nie im Bereich des Onlineshoppings erlebt habe.DankeWenn Schloss, dann Kohlburg!Ich wurde für die Rezension nicht bezahlt. No chain will be perfect, but this one seems plenty robust and would not give way easily to a thief.
