Was refurbing my weber bbq, so went to amazon, of course. These are of very nice quality and fit perfectly. I have a weber genesis special edition that is around 15 years old, could be older. I would recommend product.

You can see from the photos that I had forgotten/neglected to replace the lower heat deflectors since I bought the grill around 10 years ago. The photo shows the new deflector in place and the edge of the other deflector just prior to replacing that as well. I had replaced the starter, upper shields, grates, etc. but it hadn't really occurred to me that the flareups and lack of even heating was because of the lower deflectors because they are mostly out of sight out of mind. When I went to replace, I realized immediately that the amount of crud/creosote etc. that had build up and corroded the shields was a hazzard and most likely impacting air flow. This became immediately apparent after starting the grill after replacing; it took far less time to heat to 400, and once there did not suddenly spike. Also, these are much better made, thicker and coated better than the stock deflectors. Highly recommended.

These are a great replacement for a great price for our Weber grill. They unlike the last set I got are coated which is better since they work better with the heat transfer and also makes them easier to clean. They fit perfect and there is nothing bad to say about these.
