This bra worked pretty well post surgery. It was easy to put on myself without help, which was a plus. I didn't really use the stays for the drains because I had a sweatshirt with drain pockets. It felt a little cumbersome. It does wash well.

Great bra for after my rotator cuff injury. Not quite what it was intended for, but I really appreciated the easy of getting it on and off when it was painful to move my arm. The attachments utilize a hook-and-loop material like Velcro. The bra is a tight fit, not around the base, but a little higher, so if this is intended for post augmentation, the augmentation size should be considered. Thick material and provides plenty of support. All of the straps and stuff are wide, so pressure is well-distributed and the bra is very comfortable.The only real downside is that the front closure area is very stiff, creating a weird sort of crease if worn under a shirt.

I WAS EXPECTING MORE FOR 65.00 DOLLAR, IS NOT A BAD QUALITY BUT A 25 DOLLAR SURGICAL BRA DID A BETTER JOB. TOO BAD I ALREADY HAD BOUGHT TWO OF THESE BEFORE I FOUND THE CHEAPER BRA

The maerial is very nice on this bra but I can't stand the velcro- very uncomfortable. WOuld not recommend this bra.

This product is weak with compression and there is minimal option for adjustments to aid compression or adjust as you heal post surgery. This bra is highly overpriced for this type of product.
