I ordered these violin strings/horse hair for some craft projects. Lol. Work great n could even dye it if you wanted. Great deal if your just needing some horse hair for an art project.However, I know NOTHING about quality in terms of violence use. Came quickly and seem very nice to me. Tied and sealed st one end n length as stated and looked like the picture as stated. Packaged separately. That's about the extent of my knowledge in terms of violins. Lol. Definately recommend for craft projects and we're just as stated in ad as far as measurements but can't say how they hold up on violins.

Received this order promptly but the delivery was in my mailbox. The second part of my delivery never came. The horsehair worked very well for restringing an old bow.
