The head strap is much much better then the one the meta quest 3s comes with it was a little hard to get in as the plastic attachment part doesn't fit over the connector on the headset fully but it fits enough to be used. The big foam pad the back of your head rests against is cushiony and comfortable but it would be better if it had a cutout for your head to rest in because it slides around if you move your head up and down to fast but it's comfortable other then that. The battery is good it charges fully in about three hours and gives me an extra two hours of gameplay it doesn't get hot and the magnetic connector makes it very easy to use and swap out for another battery if you have one on hand. Overall I would recommend this head strap it is rather cheap I got it when it was in sale and it is a great bang for its buck. It's comfortable it is so so much better then the base head strap.
