Ok realize its under 20 bucks. Ive had a few of these over the years, this one aint bad. This went on a large 6 gallon tank of a touring harley. It fits well if u know what ur doing. First of all, dont be lazy, take off your seat. Then, use a small bungie chord to grab one of the hooks on the bra and feed it through. Discard the bungie, and connect the two bra hooks. Then, cut the elastic string on the top section in half. Dont worry about feeding it under the tank. Simply find something under the tank on the same side to discreetly tie too. This also keeps the string from being to close to the engine. Get it pulled nice and snug. Put your seat back on, presto. Fits a large tank well. 10 minute job tops.

If you don’t want to disconnect all your cables and wires that run in the middle of your gas tank you will have to cut the front elastic strap, pass it under the cables and wires then re- tie the strap. The tank bra is not a very good fit on the bottom part of the Harley triglide gas tank. I do not recommend this product. I ended up cutting it off and throwing it away before the elastic strap melted on my engine head.

POOR DESIGN has two elastic straps .... Front one is one solid piece… Rear one has Hook for disconnecting should be just the opposite..... I had to cut the front strip route it & tie it back together ..... The rear elastic strap has no reason to have the disconnect in it because it will slide up over the back of the tank .... you get what you pay for... I guess the Chinese who made this never say a Harley
