This is an INCREDIBLE product. It is solid wood. The rods are heavy and sturdy and the players aren't cheap plastic. The cup holders are ok. This outclasses everything else we found. The color is mahogany and is darker than the picture indicates, just FYI. Love, love it.

Just spent 3 hours putting this thing together on Christmas Eve so my kids can enjoy as their Christmas present. Putting the final steps together to discover it is missing one of the players. So annoying, frustrating and disappointing. They are made of plastic. Why wouldn't it come with extra players anyway? We'll see how dealing with customer service goes after the Holiday.
