The old original belt finally kicked the bucket and I bought this replacement belt. It was easy to replace and it fit just right. The vacuum cleaner works like new now.

The Vacuum I purchased from Eureka came with a 12.8 x 430 MM belt. The manufacturers belt lasted for almost 4 years. I have tried 2 other belts purchased on Amazon but was too busy to return them. I just ordered one more today from Amazon. The belt is supposed to be made from rubber rather than mylar. So, I hope it provides more flexibility. I hope the supplier knows the difference between rubber and mylar.The main issue I have is not entirely with the belt but with Eureka themselves. They no longer make the proper sized belt. So, Eureka lost me as a customer because I cannot find the 430 MM belt and the only other belts available for my vacuum cleaner is the 12.8 x 429 MM belts which they say work but it does not. I have seen poor approval reviews from several others who are experiencing the same thing on Amazon.If the belt I ordered today does not work I will have to throw away the vacuum due to the heavy amount of pet hair that I cannot pick up with the circulating broom operation of the vacuum.

Bought this belt at the end of October to replace a belt on a vacuum cleaner at a vacation home. Just tried to replace the belt and it’s too big. Too late to send it back.
