Useful for sharpening knives or filing you nails - you might even use to smooth the skin on your feet if you rinse it off frequently.

Got this to help clean up inside corner cuts on tile. Works great to finish off a corner where a blade doesn't completely get to.

The diamond file is quite heavy for a file, but I am assuming they wanted the file not to bend under heavy use hence the heft. Seems to be a good coating of diamonds without any gaps and uniform coating as well. A lot of space to work with on the file to as only about an inch to an inch and half are not coated with diamonds. Really good file for the money I would say and the handle seems to be really on there, but all file handles break it's just how long to break.

Received this file and noticed that there was a few spots on the file that didn't have and diamond grit on. Only had a small job for a kitchen backsplash so didn't think it would mater. As I started to use this file more of the diamond grit kept coming off. Got so bad that it would not smooth out my cut edges of the tiles. Do not buy this product. I tried to go cheap and it has cost me extra time and I had to purchase a much better file.

Got this file to clean the ragged edges off cut cementitious siding and it works great!! I use a rubber eraser to clean the file every once in a while. Good file for the harder materials that would destroy a standard cut file in short order.
