I used this for a week, and it did have an "off" taste that someone else described, but I did get use to it and acutally liked the flavor. I think that it did help me get into ketosis faster when starting the diet. I have ordered a second bottle, but due to the high cost, I will probably not order more. $2 per serving is too much.

Made my coffee taste like it had milk creamer, I added maybe four drops of liquid stevia was good to go.I put this in my morning Elevacity coffee so maybe their coffee works best with their creamer but to me it tasted great and kept my appetite down until early afternoon.
