Ordered the 21 cu ft chest and I received it with the damage you see in the photo. Now I have to wait for a pick up during working hours and I have to be present when they come. The replacement was just as bad but at least I was able to refuse delivery on the spot. Both had deep dents and savage to the same side, which is where the motor is located.

Freezer worked fine when plugged in. Open the box before they leave as it had dents all over, not apparent from looking at box. I kept item as they were gone and I could live with cosmetic damage.
