If i could give zero stars i would. The waist fits and the material is eye catching. It's the only good thing about this. The back barely covers the butt cheeks, the shorts for the skort aren't fitted well and ride up/show underwear and the front is weirdly long (like mid thigh). Hopefully mine was a manufacturing error but it is literally awful and my daughter is so disappointed

It's shiny because exterior is vinyl - reminds me of something my wife wore in the 90s. My daughter is not a fan. It does have stretchy polyester liner shorts. It's pretty short but fit is true to size.
