This is thick and very cushion exercise mat. Easy to move and storage when not use. It’s light to carry but Nice sturdy feel when used. Great for my home gym. I purchased this mat for physical therapy as I'm preparing for knee surgery. I was astounded at how light the package was upon delivery and thought perhaps the mat might be too flimsy or squishy, but I was totally wrong. It is hard to describe, but it has both a firm yet cushiony surface with a bit of spring to it. I had a mat of a similar size years ago that folded in half, but was heavy and awkward to move around, but this mat is a breeze to fold up in quarters, accordion style, and tote around. The handles come together when folded and the mat is so light you can carry it with a single finger. It appears to be well made and I think I will get years of use out of it. I have no regrets on this purchase. This is definitely a five star product to me.

Got this for my gals to do simple exercise - Pilates, stretching. Like the quality of the mat - durable, waterproof, easy to clean, holds up to sanitizing agent well. Wife likes that it’s easy to set up and put away. Has good weight but not too heavy. Daughter likes the colorful patterns, so it’s not a boring single color. Definitely worth the value for the comfort and safety.

I would like to begin by saying that I absolutely adore this mat so much, and I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a functional mat, either for gymnastics or yoga. This mat is extremely useful for people of all ages, and both my children and I can comfortably use this mat. The size of this is perfect for stretching, and a little bit of tumbling. It is also extremely durable, and is extremely sturdy and hard to break. It also gives amazing grip, while not being excessively sticky or slippery.

My seven-year-old granddaughter is in a gymnastics class and wanted a mat to practice on at home. For her birthday, of course I, as the grandmother, had to find something very high-quality, thick, and sturdy. I did a lot of research and came up with this mat.It is exactly what I was looking for. The size was as listed, It’s nice and thick, and my granddaughter and her older brother have had hours and hours of practice and fun on it. It will seems like it is sturdy and going to hold up for a long time.It was a great price for such a quality product.

I was actually very impressed with this mat, when it came in the mail and it was so light , I was very skeptical, but I got it out and it is very sturdy and thick padding that doesn’t squish. It folds up nice and honestly has many uses. Very happy with this and would buy again. Currently being used as a wall for my child’s play area as seen in the picture.
