This is a beautiful skort. Soft, thick velour material. The rose color is just as shown and is very pretty. Nicely made, good quality material and construction. I love that the skorts have nice, stretchy shorts attached underneath. My granddaughter is 6 yrs old, 56 lbs. The size 8 fit nicely. She is a true size 7 and I'm sure the 7 would have fit her, but I went with the 8 hoping she'd be able to wear it all through the cold months and it was a win. She has comfortable room to grow, but it is not too big on her. She has a 23-24" waist. The Gymboree quality never disappoints!

Cute but thin, it is made as a skirt with brown shorts attached underneath, so doesn’t look like a typical skort. Bought a size 10 for my ten year old and as you can see it definitely runs big. She’ll probably be able to wear this for a couple of years.

This fits a little large but it can be tightened at the waist. It's so pretty and the material is soft on the skin. Shorts are built in to the skirt.

Colors are bright but material is thin and stiff. Skirt doesn't flow at all. Reminds me cheap apron.

The item fit true to size, wears and washes well. Very comfortable for a toddler to play around and nap in during their adventure’s during the day.

I’m glad I read the reviews. My 4 year old typically wears size 4T in almost all brands except the Children’s Place/Gymboree. We purchased the 18-24 month and it actually is a tiny bit big in the waist! But she LOVES it and I'm hoping it will shrink a tad after washing so she can wear it for back to school. Very fashionable and will go great with the cowgirl boots she wears every day!

my granddaughter is seriously into any kind of skirt or skirt. Nice thing about this one is it’s a bit thicker and warmer and she can wear it as it’s getting colder
