Works well, I was worried it wouldn’t be very sturdy but this is a solid mat that is easy to fold and add on if you have more than one due to the Velcro. It’s a good thickness and I can’t think of any issues with the it at all!

This mat is not a white at all! It's a dull gray. Very disappointing b/c I wanted it to match white furniture. Photos of what it looks like next to my white table and with a white napkin on top attached for reference.I returned this and got a beige KaradaStyle (also on Amazon) mat instead which actually does look beige and has a much less wrinkly surface. The cover is also removable on the KaradaStyle mat.

Bought this to exercise at home by minimizing high impact exercises on my knees and feet. World like a dream and has held up for 4 months with no cracks in the vinyl at all. I weighed over 200 and exercised twice a day and it's held up nice. Also works great in the bedroom for those with beds to high for activities.
