Considering this neck guard is designed for a hockey goalie mask, not baseball, it works fine. I bought it for my baseball catcher's helmet, and it fit just like I hoped it would. The material appears light but sturdy enough to protect the front and sides of my throat. It would be great if it came in different colors. The clear looks too plain, but I'm satisfied with it overall.

Used by a goalie in a squirt development league. Took one or two weak shots from a squirt player that could barely skate much less shoot and it was all over for this dangler. Total life span: 3 weeks. Moved on to another brand.
