I was skeptical about this working out because of all the holes throughout the bottom and sides but it holds everything in and bakes really evenly and it slipped right out.No pan spray needed, and it cleaned really well.The tart turned out beautifully.I will be making quiche next and have no doubt it will come out just as good looking as the tart.

I really like this carbon steel pie pan. The removable bottom is helpful for removing the pie once cooked. The holes help to evenly cook the crust to perfection. The price of $18 is fair given the quality of the product.

The Gutsdoor Pie, Tart & Quiche Pan 9.5 Inch with Removable Bottom Nonstick Round Quiche Baking Dish Pie Pans for Baking Kitchen is great for baking. I didn’t have to use parchment when baking my quiche and it didn’t stick. It was very easy to clean with soap and water no scrubbing. Great buy!

I made my very first pie in this and it worked great! Crust was flakey and didn’t burn and I forgot to grease the pan before pressing in the crust and it didn’t stick!! I’d definitely recommend. Plus, it came with silicone oil & dish brushes.

Always have trouble with proper baking of the base of pie, hope the holes will help. cannot guarantee the quality as I have not used it enough yet
