Soft tapered bristles really do reach into the gums unlike other brands.GUM does have brushes with adult size heads but very expensive so I got these with the smaller head. Still work very good if you don't mind brushing a little longer to make up for the small size.

I need a toothbrush with a small head and these are my favorite. The bristles are soft but clean well. The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold and the colors are nice, especially the pink and purple. I originally received one instead of 12, but contacted the seller and reordered as instructed. The 12 pack arrived quickly and since I had another Amazon return it was not a big deal for me to return the one sent in error.

These are great tooth brushes but not as soft as i would like. Hopefully Amazon will get Ultrasoft in the same brush.

Don't be fooled by the low price. This is a high quality toothbrush! The bristles feel soft on the teeth and gums but they still do a great job giving a deep clean. I feel like I can brush firmly and not worry about the bristles wearing away the enamel of my teeth. I also prefer the smaller, more compact brush head and the angle of the handle is set in a way that really gives you a lot of freedom to manipulate your brush strokes to hit all spots in the mouth. As long as this product is available, I can't see myself purchasing another brand/model.
