This product is a little worn since it’s used but overall works great. The condition could be refurbished with some TLC. The price is high but the fun that comes out of it is 100% worth it.

Faulty circuit board on neck. Everything else worked. Blue and orange frets would not work by themselves. They would only work in certain combinations with the other frets.

Almost immediately I loved this guitar. I loved how it looked, and how it played. However, there was a few issues at first. The first problem was the Playstation Button. The button was going off on its own at random, and became very annoying while trying to play. I did resolve this issue though by spamming the button, and then pulling on it. Don't know how this worked, or how long it'll last but I was very relieved to make it through 6 songs with no occurrence. The second issue is less major and (as far as I know) probably unfixable. The button labeled star power triggers on its own, but luckily thats all its tied to. Now that I think about it... its quite helpful. I love this guitar, and the issues are fixed/small. I have to give this a 5/5 stars. Thanks!

I ordered this guitar for use with my PlayStation 3 (as that is what it is labeled for on this site). I also had to purchase a dongle (receiver) separately to sync it to my system. When the guitar arrived I could not get it to sync with the dongle I had purchased and after trying several times inspected the guitar more closely and found that it is not in fact for use with a PlayStation 3 it is labeled for a PlayStation 2. As I understand some 3s will work with 2 hardware, mine will not as it is a newer version and therefore not backward compatible. Seeing as how that is most often the case now the product should not be labeled as a PlayStation 3 product. I am disappointed that I will now have to pay to have both this and the receiver returned because of a mislabel which makes them both useless to me. I have now lost time and money on this that could have easily been avoided.

I received it early, which was great. On first inspection it did have quite a bit of scratches, but I was more concerned if it worked. It did connect to my dongle but I noticed that I cannot strum down. Up works perfectly but down doesn't. Must have been played quite a bit. I'm pretty sure I can fix it if I take it apart, so I'm overall very satisfied! As long as it works and I can play my game again.

If you research this before you buy,most likely you won't purchase this product.(Sure wish I had before I did)There have been many many problems with the slide & strum bar with this guitar.First one I bought at [...] lasted all of 3 days working properly,so it was returned an since they didn't have another I settled for an older version(GH 3 guitar).Then bought one here online an now on my 3rd Guitar Hero World Tour guitar.Don't get me wrong very happy with the customer service threw Amazon.com and Tech for Less ,an now decided to not keep having them replace it an take this up with Activision.Overall the electronics and performance in this guitar are poor to say the least,so save yourself the headaches an stick with another guitar for World Tour and other GH games.For those that enjoyed the slide like I do this really sucks but what can we do till they fix the problem?!?!?!
