With the increase in no. of lag screws its performance has also improved. The lag screws are 3 in. long and have a 1/4 in. diameter. This Fall Arrest Anchor for applications has a 130 to 420 pounds worker weight capacity range (including clothes, tools, and equipment). For the installation of lag screws, the required pilot hole diameter is 3/16’’. The bull ring anchor is corrosion-resistant as it is made from zinc-plated steel and is thus highly durable.

My husband went on to the roof to install this and most of the screws broke while trying to install it You would think that since this product is made to keep people safe on the roof they would give you solid metal screws, not soft aluminum ones.
