Had the transformer go out on our water softener. I could not find the oddball 24V .5amp transformer locally and especially not on a Sunday. And everyone knows when things break, they always break on a weekend. Fortunately there is AMAZON! Not only did Amazon have the oddball transformer in stock, they delivered it in 4 hours on a Sunday. As far as this transformer it is nothing special. Made in China with a standard plug, but it is 24 volts, .5 amps and my softener won’t run without it.Within minutes after the Amazon delivery, I had the softener back up and running, making my wife happy. Now everyone is happy, thank you Amazon.
