MISSING ROTISSERIE SHAFT!I was very disappointed. I have been waiting for this for over week. Upon opening the box, I checked all the parts included except the SHAFT. I am very disappointed and frustrated that the SHFT was not included in the box.

I've been wanting one of these for my kettle quite sometime. Did a test on a tenderloin the other day turned out great. I set my coals in my slow n sear and it cooked perfectly. Game changer for turkeys and ham's!

Assembly info is missing placement of washers and locking washers for handles. Installation of screws into motor mount missing. Install heads inside grill area nut goes into small area where motor mounts. You will need pliers to secure nuts into bolts. The edges of the unit are sharp and the cut out area where rod sits has very sharp edges. I filed mine so I won’t get cut

I order this the week of November 1st and verified that I received all the parts in my order two days before Thanksgiving. To my surprise, I discovered that I received a defective product. The circumference of the rotisserie was very sharp, the bracket was missing inserts for the screws, and the wrong size screws were ship with my order. However after reaching out to Amazon, they shipped a replacement to me pretty fast. I was going to originally give this product maybe three stars, but because of the quick delivery and the great results I got from my rotisserie chicken, I decided it was worthy of 5 stars.

With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, I pulled the trigger and bought a rotisserie for my Weber 22" kettle. Set up was completed within 5 minutes, they provide all the tools you need to assemble. Once my coals looked good, I placed this onto the kettle and started cooking the turkey.The only two things that I wish the company would change is length of power cord on motor, and have the main rod lock into the motor better. The rod issue maybe from my exciting of my new toy, the power cord is two feet, you will want an extension cord.It total, it works as advertised, just really wish the power cord was longer, easy fix with extension cord. I would suggest this item to all my friends with a Weber 22" kettle. I was going to only give 4 stars do to power cord length, but it is an easy fix and I don't feel it is a deal breaker.
