The distance markers on the tape are very hard to read. Eg, you can't tell if you're looking at 60 or 80; you need to run down the tape and realize where the "7" is. Considering the primary purpose of this tape is to measure, that's a non-starter.

I am running about 500 feet of PVC , and while it is working, the end is constantly falling apart. I would describe this product best for indoors. If you are in a wet climate , and out doors, I would choose something tougher.that said it has not snapped on me, so that's good.

I used the tape to tie my tomato plants up as they grew. It's inexpensive, strong, and holds knots well. Worked perfectly!
