To be honest these slats are subpar what is out there. For the price I guess it is okay. I was in a pitch and had to use them but if I had moreTime I would look elsewhere or do it myself. Most of the boards have slight splits in the wood. Some of the reviewer have showed pictures. And maybe of the boards are twisted or deformed. I feel like I could have bought wood from local store and cut to length and then staple a piece of clothes for the same price and have better quality. Future Make sure this is what u want or don’t care about the boards moving because of defects

I got a new mattress so I needed a bunkie board to support the weight. Since my foundation already had horizonal wooden slats (4.5" apart), I got these vertical ones to put on top. The specs said 3 3/8" gaps, but it's actually 3" gaps, which is a pleasant surprise (smaller gap is better). It also fits, but the top and bottom are slightly short (same as the specs). Now the cons.. the wood is super cheap. It was unsanded, lots of holes (see the photos another review showed), cracks, splinters, and pieces ripping off. I had to sand and tape a lot of it.. it's study enough but low quality..While it seems to be able to support my new mattress, it's also super creaky. Whenever I get on my mattress or move around, it makes loud creaking/squeaking noises. Every single time so I can't move otherwise it'll wake people up. I think it's from the bunkie board moving. I probably have to nail it to the foundation.Overall, it works but the wood is very cheap. It's not just put on and you're done. You have to sand it, fix it up or tape it up, and nail it on if you don't want it to squeak everytime you move on the mattress. Guess it's good enough but wasn't what I expected.

I purchased a bed that I loved, but I found out that it wasn’t as high-quality as I had thought in the slats looked very weak. I added this on top of the bed and it was not only a perfect fit, but it made the bed very sturdy so if you’re looking for a way to maintain sturdiness for someone who 6’4” and over 200 pounds I highly recommend this product.

Purchased this for an old Iron bed frame. They sit perfect on the frame and the mattress now lays perfect on the bed. The product seems to be sturdy enough to support the mattress. Easy to assembly.

These slays are sturdy & wide which gives affix support the bed frame didn’t have. There is no frame to keep the slats from moving because of the fabric separators. I had another support board that had a metal frame keeping the slats in place & find that’s preferable, especially for larger mattress

The slats fit perfectly & with enough attached to provide greater support for my bed. I’m sure I could have just used the slats alone but for maximum support I also paired it with some bed support legs down the middle. Easy to install as well. It comes with 4 holes already placed. Two (2) in the first slat and two (2) in the last slat. I also appreciate that they are connected because I did not have to buy more screws than my last ones used. Since the fit was so accurate I think it’s safe to say it should work for all other sizes as well.
