What a treat to get the perfect comforter!This was just what I’ve been looking for! Large enough to cover the whole kings size bed with about 20” on the sides. I woke up this morning with a comforter still on me rather than the cover monster stealing it during the night. Love, love the size, weight and pure white color. I’m thrilled with it!

I searched for quite a while for an oversized comforter. The fabric is so soft and drapes nicely over my bed. The materials are of the highest quality and great value for money. It's not heavy but keeps you very warm and there is so much fabric you can wrap it around yourself. I would be very surprised if anyone is disappointed although you always get one or two individuals who are never satisfied for whatever reason. Great value for money.

This is our second Gray Eagle king size duvet. We got the first one about 6-7 years ago and retired it this year because it was stained and had grown worn from washing.I chose to order our new duvet from the same company because we loved the first one so much. It's an ideal winter comforter and will keep you cozy, even on nights in the dead of winter. I look forward to getting under it. I don't recommend it for all seasons unless you live in a place where it is always cold. It retains body heat well, though I've never felt sweaty in it.It is also heavy, weight-wise. The weight can make it difficult to maneuver around, which is part of why I opted for the 120" by 120" size; since it is square, there is no "right way" to put it on. I love the extra length that lets it drape off both sides of the bed. The weight and length make duvet theft less likely, if you know what I mean.Going by our past experiences, I recommend washing this as seldomly as possible. The filling, though it is sewn into the boxes, will ball up inside. Also, the duvet is huge and won't fit into a lot of home washers. Instead, I suggest getting a duvet cover and washing that unless very soiled. Our old duvet probably would have lasted us 10+ years if we'd used a cover.If I had one critique, it is that I wish this had more than 4 loops for tying a cover on. It is pretty huge.If you're shopping for a winter duvet and want to be cozy and warm, I don't think you can go wrong by getting this.

Oh my goodness! As the old saying goes. Snug as a bug in a rug! This comforter feels ahhmmazing! I tend to be a hot sleeper and this comforter though it has some weight to it, does not over heat you! It is soft, snuggly and well made. I definitely recommend! One last thing, I got the biggest one and it will definitely not fit in the washer. Will have to be dry cleaned (because of size).

It’s gigantic and soft and luxurious. My husband and I no longer play tug of war with the blankets. The only reason that it didn’t get 5 stars is that it is really hot in the summer, even with my A/C on we are kicking the blankets off all the time cuz they’re so warm

Themis is my dream duvet! All my life I’ve dreamed of the oversized, heavy, and comfortable, puffy duvet I’d have on my bed and this is the one. It hangs down past the rails on both sides of my king sleigh bed snd from the headboard to tuck into the footboard. It has a nice, solid, weighty feel when you climb into bed and is so warm. Hasn’t lost any full or shifted at all yet. We have it in an oversized duvet cover snd it looks wonderful on our bed. Hoping it will last for years this way.

Ordered my 3rd one a few weeks ago. They are delightful. Can't wait to snuggle up when it's cold. I would not recommend year round unless you live in cold country. They are heavy to lift and if washed impossible to dry except outside. That's why I have three. I washed the first one in my front end loader and it just wouldn't take enough water out to move it to the dryer. Someone came and helped me so I decided to dry it in the sun. Perfect. Next time I sent it to laundry. Unfortunately they dried it in commercial dryer . It bunched all the fluff up and wasn't cozy any more. I believe dry cleaning is the way to go. They are all three still perfectly useable and warm. This time I bought a duvet cover therefore I can wash the cover without having to wash the comforter. It is absolutely oversized. Another reason to love it. I will buy again. Makes a great gift.

First off, after having this lovely comforter on our bed for a while, I have to confess we love it! The cover material is so soft and absolutely while, no yellow to this one, and looks very nice. We do not prefer loose duvet covers, so we use the comforter just as it is, we fold it back on itself and off onto the stand at the foot of the bed. Because it is so big, it makes it so much easier to just fold it out onto the bed in the morning. The smaller compartments keeps the fill looking puffy, and almost cloudlike. No doubt, you will love this comforter too.We ordered this comforter because of the advertised measurement being larger than the average King size. We needed every extra inch to cover the adjustable bed rails that showed with the oversized comforter we had. We were disappointed to find that the measurements are not as stated, but 2 inches smaller and only just making it to the reail edge instead of giving it full coverage. We like the quality and softness of the comforter.We first of all reported the issue with the measurement to the seller, but unfortunately we have not received any response as of this writing. We wanted to give the seller the opportunity to respond before doing the review.

I have a king size bed (78"x80" mattress) on low profile box spring. FINALLY a comforter that actually FITS my bed. Hangs down the sides nicely and makes the bed look great. AND it has amazing loft and is SO soft. I'm absolutely in love. I gave my other one to my mom for her queen size bed. This one is so soft I wish I didn't have to put it in a duvet. It is absolutely cozy and not too warm for my hubby who overheats constantly and sleeps with the window open in the New York winters. However, it keeps me warm and toasty. Really is "all-season". Another plus is that its not noisy and crinkly and fluffs nice right out of the package. Really in love for the price. Do NOT hesitate to try this. I'd recommend it to everyone.
