This hammock is great, high quality and works well. I have a few ENOs and this is possibly even better quality then those in terms of fit and finish.BUT.... it's small. By the measurements I knew it would be 6-inches narrower than my ENOs, but 6 inches seems to make a pretty big difference. It's probably a bit too small to actually sleep in comfortably on a camping trip. It'll fit my son, but I'd probably be a bit cramped.

It does not cradle you as it should...there's nothing supporting the sides to make the hang higher than the body's low point whilst laying down...so the sides will hang lower than you and you will feel unsafe. I definitely will not be sleeping in the uncomfortable thin(and ripping) tablecloth with hooks.

I bought one 7 years ago and still use it..I have more expensive hammocks, but I mostly use this one...my SnugPack hammock has a bug net that I sometimes use. I originally paid $17.55

Excited for a lighter hammock, this came with the intro to Nomadik box. I set it up and the straps are very short, limiting options for trees you can use. Also, when I got into it (195lbs) it seemed like all the tension was on my body like a wooden plank with slack sides that did not support or cradle the body, they hung off like bed skirting. If I rolled over I'd fall out, which should be impossible in a hammock. Maybe mine was just a fluke but it was not worth the price. Stick with Wise Owl if you want a cheap, light, decent hammock on this site.
