I love this suit.Just wearing it and the sweat starts. The shirt is long on me so it covers enough I do not need to wear pants all the time. Bought l/xl and lots of room to wear t-shirt to soak up sweat. Sturdy construction has lasted over 10 workouts. Elastic openings stretch enough to get on and off with ease. I would buy again.

Works and makes u sweat everytime! but already can see it ripping from the seam because I hang it on a hook. I rinse it after every use with hot water so I dont damage it but seems to already be damaged by hanging 😓. Sweat suit works. Got a xl and it fits too big

Some of the reviews were mixed, but I am happy I ordered! Weight 175-180 5’3 cup size C ordered a Small/medium. which was perfect baggy in the rite places! I didn’t have any problem with putting it on or taking it off. Before trying it on I washed and hanged the item outside. After drying I put it on with shorts and tank top under. I went for my run a short 1 mile. I really just wanted to see if it would tear & it didn’t! Now I know I can go on my 5 mile run! When I got home I was dripping sweat!! This product does work, I’ve only used it ones so can’t say if it works for weight lost but it does make you sweat! It’s super easy to wash and drys quick, great product!

The pants lasted about a week before ripping and the top has also start to come apart at the neck.So not a gretbuy.

I am not sure what to think about the negative reviews for this. I had low expectations based on the bad reviews but was happily surprised.First, let me explain my usage & reason for buying this. I am overweight (240 lbs) for my size (5'9") but I am active & practice Kendo (japanese martial arts) on a regular basis. I seem to never break a good sweat when I run a mile or 2 on my elliptical. That is where this comes in. I have only used it 3 times so far (for a mile each time) & WOW does it make you sweat! It smells a little funky right out of the package... almost like a new blow-up pool raft....its plastic... I put it on carefully... do not put it on over shoes... If so, I could see it might tear. Also, remove any jewelry or zippers on clothing that might get snagged. As for cleaning, when I am done, I simply reverse it inside-out when removing it... air dry it... or fill a bath tub with some mild dish soap & gently wash it & hang it to air dry. I can see how it would be dangerous to use regularly or for extended time periods.... maybe if you have a multi-million dollar UFC fight coming up. idk. Either way, do NOT let the negative reviews discourage you. This has been a great product that works exactly as intended if you use it properly. If you are taller and/or bigger than me, it may not fit. If you are smaller, it would still work.note: i paid regular price. i never get offers for free products to review. :(

I'm giving it a 5 star because it's working and I still have it after a few months. Also it's not very expensive so it's boot very durable so it will rip if you push it to it's limits but for a sauna suit it's working fine.

I LOVE the sweat suit. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the pants seem to rip very easily but the sweater is very sturdy. I've had it for more than 6 months and there has been no rip. Would purchase again just for the sweater part of it. The pants are pretty pointless any way.

One review states, "and I don't feel the cold when I wear it" (or words to that effect)... You will TOO feel the cold if you are outside exercising at temps below 60 degrees. Trust me, you do not want to wear this where at least a change of clothes and a good clean towel are not handy! If the weather starts to drop and you have already begun to sweat you are in trouble unless you can take it off and dry off with a towel and change into comfortable dry clothing! I have been caught in situations like this (years ago) and it is NOT FUN! Anyone saying they don't feel the cold is only wearing it for a short while... And yes, you can go outside (when the total comfort of your own home is only a minute away) and not feel cold in 45 degree weather,but for only a short while-- IF you do anything physical and start to sweat, you will see what I am talking about-- I have 27 years experience wearing these garments. I only have one on in cold weather between my car and the Gym, etc.Otherwise, they are great for working off excess water weight... Keep hydrated, and watch it taking these things off. The oils in your sweaty forehead predispose these suits to premature ripping (so put something on your head, like a ski cap when removing so your body oils don't get on the collar. In addition, the heat stamped stress areas like the crotch and the armpits rip after a while. I check my sauna suit after each wear for rips that have just started and use duct tape inside and out to seal it. This gives the suit another month or so of use. IF THE COMPANIES WHO MAKE THESE WOULD INVEST A BIT MORE EXPENSE IN DOING A BETTER JOB OF REINFORCING THE CROTCH AND ARMPIT AREAS, I WOULD HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THESE SUITS-- EVEN IF THEY ARE MADE IN CHINA. IT IS recommended by me that these companies make one with cargo pockets on the side, maybe some with a front zip on the pants and top, you know; the plastic kind of zipper (so costs could be effectively kept down)... Just a thought from someone who knows!

Sorry, friends. This suit really does rip very easily. I received it maybe two weeks ago. It's been worn while doing nothing more than sitting and standing, and only worn a few times. I'm going to see if I can duck tape the pants together to somehow salvage the thing. It's probably an exercise in futility since it will most likely just rip in another spot. This suit should be sold at the dollar store. Actually, it shouldn't be sold at all. It has absolutely no endurance. Maybe it's one of those things where every now and then they accidentally make one that holds together a little longer, and those account for the positive reviews. This is another product AMAZON SHOULD REMOVE FROM THEIR WEBSITE (hint, hint, Amazon). This suit was recommended for eczema patients to wear instead of wet wraps. But since it's already ripped, it's back to the gauze bandages!
