- 3/4" Clutch Bore 10 teeth for 40/41/420 Chain (NOT Included Chain)

- Recommended Engine: 2HP - 7HP, 3/4" shaft with flat key

How to Oil the Cluth that make it more long-Lasting?
- Remove the Chain from the Clutch. Please ensure all the right tools in place and also your go-kart is in the position where you can easily access the chain and clutch.
- Remove the Clutch from the Go-Kart. Please check how your clutch is secured. Remove the set screws of the clutch and/or the bolt and washer from the crankshaft.
- Apply Oil around the Bushing Only apply oil to the brass bushing, which is in contact with the clutch drum. You don't need to dismantle the clutch or remove the clutch drum. Don't lubricate the ventilation holes of the clutch.

Despues de colocarlo en mi go kart y dar un vuelta para probarlo, el embrague centrífugo se atasco, atorando la velocidad y acelerando el go kart si control, la pegatina que trae se callo al instante, si pudiera le daria 0 estrellas

This clutch has made it through three race days so far. No issues at all in fact where some require a break in period before they engage well this one was ready to go on the 1st try. Installed without any trouble too. Wouldn't mind going with one of these again.

This clutch is absolute junk!!! We put it on my nephews go kart with a 5.5hp motor. Heat cycled it and installed like any other clutch. It came with no instructions so we broke it in like any other clutch. It locked up solid while my nephew was riding it luckily he reacted quick enough to hit the kill switch!! If he didn't react quickly it could have ended badly

I'm an older seasoned automotive technician, I'm reviewing this product based on my many years of experience in the field using high quality parts, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ordered this mini bike 3/4 centrifugal clutch kit for one of the mini bikes we have. Of course the clutch will work on other applications as well such as a go kart. These parts for these cheap mini bikes are not the highest quality, but they work properly and if not abused they last quite a while. Price point is considered reasonable for this item.

Really well made clutch and everything but i'm rather surprised that there's nothing of a "application" diagram or flyer showing the different types of systems we can run this on. Granted, somebody looking for this clutch knows what they're for but what about the novice who's still trying to figure things out. Aside from the description, you can't just assume this'll work the way you wanted it to. While it does come install ready and everything, i'd suggest not leaving it to chance and including a little paper with drawings/images of installing this or it's install applications and diversifications. Really well made though!!!!
