Really good alternator. It's mounted to a big block Mopar in a dragster. Perfect size and puts out 14.2 volts. I put a ground wire from the back of it to the frame. Then I ran a 4 gauge wire from the charge lug to my battery disconnect switch. It starts charging at about 1200 rpm in my car.

It's awesome, I fabricated it to fit on a 68 camaro lower block mount with a stock subframe. I have plenty of clearance and it looks great down there instead of up high above the driver's valve cover. Also it's the 90 amp wich charges great. Why run a stock 55 amp alternater when you can run 90 amp mini.

Installed this little denso wanna be and fired up my car to see the amp meter jump right up and show charging. After about 1 minute the alternator quit. It got really hot and was dead after that. I sent it back
