This pistol would not shoot even when I purchased a back up clip. The original was replaced as defective. Amazon sent a replacemen/ and I'm hoping the new one will work better than the first. The gun manufacturer service agreed the problem was a miss alignment. I hope their right.

It seems to be a well made product. However, it’s hard to load pellets in the magazine and it’s near impossible to operate the safety without using a flat tipped screwdriver. That part of the product seems to be poorly designed.

Have had issues with the magazine and the gun itself the front sight white paint has come off making it almost impossible to aim. The finish on all the metal is coming off the sights are not great to begin with normal glock style sights but poorly done and that's saying something. But you can't even take the slide off to replace the sights the rear sight is adjustable from left to right like a normal sight but the front looks like it is molded onto the slide. And umarex customer service and warranty sucks 30days.

Love the gun but when the factory lube dried up I started getting a lot of jams. Hopefully I can buy some lube for this to get it working good as new. Also to whoever whines “the slide doesn’t lock back after I’m out of pellets” bro you clearly never been in the military cuz we know exactly how many rounds are in our guns at all times.

This product page is incorrect. This is a very good replica of a G17 Gen 5. It is not a BB gun though. .177 pellets. The mechanism to load is fraught with problems. You cant pull the slide back (like other Umarex BB) and see a chamber with a round in it, this has the top of the metal assembly inside the magazine that hold the pellets.The pellets are very difficult to load into a rubber track that is very flimsy and finicky very prone to jamming - lucky if you get a couple shots before having to troubleshoot. It is a very disappointing functional pellet gun (again I thought I was getting a BB version). It is a very good replica of a G17 if you are looking for a stand in to practice your stance, slide, and magazine release its fine. If you want a good replica BB gun go search for the Umarex G19 it's only Gen 4 with the finger grooves but it is overall a far superior model.
