Our Glasspacks (PF35-12) have a straight-through, zero-restriction design with a louvred core and fiberglass insulation to provide that old-school, 1950s sound. Our Dual Exhaust kits contain premium 2.5" pipes, with superior-quality mandrel bends that will improve the exhaust flow and may give you the boost in power and fuel economy normally found in much more expensive systems. Our pipes are aluminized to increase lifespan and durability, and are exclusively custom-bent for us in Springfield, MO. These pipes exit under the rear of the truck, parallel with the outside edge of the frame rail. They are designed to clear the OEM-installed receiver hitch and OEM-sized spare tire. The tailpipes are cut into two pieces for shipping, and swedged for easy slip-together assembly. Our system is designed to fit all wheel-base applications, simply trim the tailpipes to fit. This basic kit includes everything from the muffler to the bumper with stylish WELD-ON 18” Chrome Tips. Fits: 1988-2018 light- and medium-duty gas models of Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, Dodge Ram & Ford F-Series EXCEPT '04-08 Ford. Fits only gas applications; fits only applications that came factory with a single inlet muffler! Please be aware: THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE DIRECT FIT KIT. These systems are to be installed by an experienced, professional installer. FABRICATION MAY BE REQUIRED. Any type of suspension modification/wheel and tire altercation may affect system clearances. We DO NOT provide any portion of the exhaust in front of the muffler. Additional parts & fabrication may be necessary and is to be determined by the installer.

I was incredibly disappointed in this product as it says it would fit my truck. However I had to weld on two down spouts instead of using all of the tail piping. Meaning I wasted a lot of money on pieces I don’t need. DO NOT BUY!!

Awesome to install fit my 2009 Silverado 2500 perfectly except for an adapter needed to go from 3 1/4 pipe to 3 1/2 pipe. No big deal just cut it out of the insides of the old muffler.

Didn’t even have an adapter to make the pieces fit together, had to make my own and still needs to be welded on there. If you buy this make sure you have everything you need as I made multiple trips to the store and back just to get it on right.

What a great product made 2018 z71 Silverado purr like a kitten coupled with the cold air intake that baby floats and I’m giving it to any vehicle on the street when traffic is clear been making it to my destinations in no time flat.

I bought these for my 1988 F250 super cab & extended bed. There are no instructions but enough information on the pipes for someone who is mechanically inclined enough to do their own exhaust to understand what goes where. I ended up needing about 18 inches more out of the muffler, which was quickly remedied by a trip to the auto parts store. The only other hurdle was finding where to mount the hangers. I did have to drill a couple holes in the frame, but after I had all that worked out, everything went together without issue. In the end, it sounds great and is a huge improvement over the single pipe the pervious owner had on the truck.
