How to use

I bought it a few weeks ago but we didn’t put at try till a couple days ago.. Well, it didn’t work at all… the little video ad doesn’t apply to this item. The only thing this tool did to the glass was scratch it. Don’t waste your money here.

Ich habe diesen Glasschneider vor 2 Jahren gekauft. Ich benutzte ihn professionell für Einrahmungen, fast täglich.Und er ist immer noch scharf! Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich schneide fast ausschließlich 2 mm-Glas, auch teures Museumsglas. Ich kann mir keinen schlechten Glasschneider leisten!Sogar 5 mm-schmale Streifen in über 1 m Länge lassen sich damit schneiden und brechen!

I just opened the glass cutting tool and was going to use it as per instructions but the dropper that is supposed to have the oil is empty and it looks like it was cut but no signs of oil being in the dropper at any time. it seems like a decent tool but i will not know know till i figure out what kind of oil to use with the tool.

Purchased to use to cut glass bottles into cups, had a lot of trouble getting a smooth cut or preventing cracking. However when I used it to cut a mirror to size for a frame, it was PERFECT and was so easy to use and get the exact result I was looking for.

I liked the price for something that can cut glass that thick, and my dislikes were the handle was hard to hold on to,it needs something to hold onto and the angle of the handle

Prodotto discreto per i piccoli lavoretti domestici.Mi è servito e bene ma dev'essere usato con criterio.Ci si deve aiutare con una sorta di righello come ho fatto io per tracciare bene il taglio, altrimenti si rischia l'imperfezione.Forse avrei scelto un flex ma per quello che dovevo fare sarebbe stato uno spreco.Forse un pò caro, ma ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

We were re-glazing a very old greenhouse we inherited with our new house, it needed a lot of the fitted glass re-siting and cutting to size before we could put in the new glazing clips. My husband had not cut glass for years (the last time when we re-glazed a previous greenhouse) and the glass was old and brittle but this little tool did the job, the first time my husband was hesitant but after a few panes were cut and he gained in confidence the cutting went really well and the little tool was majic. He ended up cutting over 20 panes to size and some were triangles etc so quite complex but it did the job.
